Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
- Designs, plans, and implements human resources programs for a plant. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A GREENFIELD PLANT (newly established manufacturing unit)
- Administers corporate policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.
1. Manage compliances especially related to Human Resources
2. Liaisoning with govt bodies like GPCB, GEB, CETP, GIDC for different licenses and other related issues.
3. Ensure the statutory compliances are done as per rule. Inform management for any changes in compliance and labour laws.
4. Handle the various issues related to contract labours
5. Maintain attendance & leave for all the employees at factory.
6. Manage Payroll for the entire plant
7. Training schedules: Organizing Events & trainings.
8. Ensure overtime/leaves are paid as per policy
9. Conduct exit formalities and F & F for resigned employees
10. Recruitment: Sourcing, hiring process, induction orientation planning for new joinees at factory
11. Facilitate and take care of canteen administration at Factory level.
12. Monitor the expenses and bill generated by canteen and other facility provider contractors.
13. Monitor the expenses generated for logistics (rickshaw, tempo, angadia, courier).
14. Collect the data and monitor the expense on stationery, landline bills, internet bill.
15. Support HO for developing Role profiles for employees at plant.
16. Conveys management policies, rolls out implementation plans and monitors deployment and compliances by employees and gives management feedback on the same.
17. Support HO on Training: Need evaluation, Calendar, Facilitation, effectiveness evaluation
18. Support HO for conducting employee engagement activities at plant level.
