HR Manager


Roles and Responsibilities:


- Managing the Department of HR with overall responsibility of developing and managing the human resources of the organization

- Managing succession planning of staff.

- Develop and implement organizational Development Strategies in alignment with organizational goals

- Implementing functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and Locations

- Translate the organizational strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership of HR Management related learning &development

- Managing general HR practices such as


- Talent Acquisition for all Locations

- Staffing

- Performance management system

- Staff orientation

- Development and Training

- Analysing Training Development requirement of employees

- Compensation and benefits administration

- Employee relations

- Conflict resolution

- Employee welfare services and counselling

- Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents

- Managing the payroll for all locations

- Managing succession planning of the employees

- Managing and coordinating organizational grievances system and disciplinary proceedings

- Managing General Administration Matters

- Performance Evaluation of employees , motivate them to undertake responsibilities

- Any other tasks assigned by the Management

Key Result Areas:

- Timely completion of recruitment targets

- Ensure timely and effective induction & orientation for newly hired staff

- Ensuring proper Ergonomics for newly hired employees

- Identification and timely execution of training

- Demonstrated improved performance of employees

- Timely support of Operations

- Demonstrated Qualitative system of Administration /record keeping

- Monitor employees adherence to Company policies

- Proven building capabilities and Organisational learning

- Primary Internal Interactions -HR Department, All employees

- Primary External Interactions - Recruitment Agencies

Qualifications and skills:

- MBA in Human Resources or related business fields

- 10+ years' experience in human resources supervisory position

- Demonstrate ability to improve employee morale

- Critical thinking skills

- Teamwork and collaboration skills

- Project Management Skills
