Responsible for :
- Employee Engagement & Recognition Connect & Relations.
- PAYROLL Compensation and Benefits.
- HR Operations - TA/Confirmations/F&F/Payroll.
- Leave Management.
- MIS (Management Information Systems).
- Employee Relations.
- Statutory Compliance &Productivity Improvement.
- Exit/ Retention Management.
- Coordination with Clients
Also includes other responsibilities like :
- Design compensation and benefits packages.
- Responsible for communicating with all departments about their hiring processes and adjusting them as needed.
- Must be able to lead recruitment teams by providing them with constructive feedback on strategies that are both data-driven and highly creative in execution.
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual).
- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Requirements and skills :
- MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years Exp in relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Telugu.
- Familiar with HR Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and Statutory process.
- Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- Demonstrable leadership abilities.
