JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for an experienced Manager HR to ensure that all Human Resources operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects.
He/she must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments. You should be able to manage programs and lead staff while also possessing a strong strategic mindset.
The role is to ensure that all HR needs are being met and are aligned with all business objectives.
Job Description :
- Design the recruitment strategy by establishing a robust recruiting processes
- Actively involved in internal recruitment of mid-senior level positions
- Managing and facilitating Joining Formalities / Induction / On-boarding for all the new joinees
- Active involvement in various employee retention strategies and devising rewards & recognition scheme and attrition analysis across the organization
- Develop content and various training modules to incorporate functional and industry knowledge
- Efficient in Data analysis & interpretation for better decision making by the top management
- Interaction with employees to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements
- Attendance & leaves management, end-to-end handling of payroll process
- Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics
- Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
- Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
