Work from office/ 5 Days. Would be reporting to HR Head. The Max budget is 30 lacs Max Age: 32 years Job Description: - Overall accountability for the design & implementation of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services. - Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units and HR business partners. - Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management. - Develop and maintain strategies aiming at performance improvement of individuals and increasing a High-Performance Working Culture in place. - Lead the development of HR service level agreements with business units. - Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR initiatives, processes, and services. This includes budgeting and project planning & tracking. - Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization. - Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc. - Oversee the design and implementation of organization Strategy. - Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment. - Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling out. - Ownership of change management initiatives on behalf of the HR department. - Present HR consultancy to business units at a high level of professionalism. - Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.
