Global center of excellence for Talent & Performance, Learning & Development
- Work with key business and HR stakeholders to design, develop and implement all HR processes related to the areas mentioned above.
- Custodian of processes and practices end-to-end, and also responsible for building HR capability across all local HR teams to ensure sound delivery of all processes for employees globally
- Designing strategies for the long-term, create annual implementation plans basis the strategies, rolling them out with support from local HR
