Position: HR Manager, Report to: HR Business Partner, UAE


Looking for HR Manager from Retail/Apparel/fashion/Footwear Brand Only.

Major responsibilities including, but not limited to, the followings:

Talent Acquisition and Development

- Manage full cycle of talent acquisition

- Drive value proposition to attract high calibre candidates

- Build sustainable talent pipeline and manage staffing planning

- Manage performance related matters

- Performance and merit review

- Maintain staff retention at optimum level

- Managing talent lifecycle

- Identify suitable programme and develop HiPo talents and implement talent development program that suits business needs

Employee Relations:

- Cultivate diversity, equal and inclusive culture among different organizations

- Develop programs that bring associates from different organization together

- Lead and drive staff engagement activities or functions for all associates

HR Operations:

- Maintain data integrity in HRIS (Workday)

- Develop/review company policies and ensure all policies and processes are abide by the laws

- Employment related documentation management, including creation, maintenance, proper filing

- Manage employee on/off boarding including, but not limited to, ensure all necessary onboarding and offboarding documentations are prepared and collected; liaise with IT to ensure IT devices are in place or collected; notify payroll company to prepare for monthly payroll and final payment.

- Manage medical and life insurance policies renewal & enrollment

HR Projects:

- Participate in global, regional or local led projects when required

Any other duties as assigned by Manager

Requirement:

- Minimum 8 years relevant HR experience

- Sports, fast fashion, FMCG industries experience as advantage

- Experience in multinational and matrix organizations

- Well-versed of India Employment Ordinance

- Excellent communications skill, both in written and verbal

- Excellent inter-personal skill, experience in managing different levels of stakeholders

- Positive mindset with the 'can do' attitude

- Trust worthy and reliable

- Well verse in Microsoft Office, HRIS (Workday)

Budget - 45 LPA

Experience - 9 -16 Years

Location - New Delhi, Aerocity.
