About Client :

Our client is a Multinational in the Financial Services Space looking to recruit a Manager HR to lead the Global Shared Services set up in Mumbai. Overall employee base would be around 100 employees

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

- Align business and HR strategies for the Global Shared Service

- Design and deliver HR Strategies and outcomes wrt Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

- Manage all aspects of HR especially Recruitment and HR business partnering

- Develop and lead the HR team ensuring that human resource goals are aligned with the business goals

- Execute HR initiatives and programs within the set budget

The Successful Applicant :

You are an MBA from a top tier business school having an overall experience of 8-12 years. You have been a part of an MNC organisation and had the exposure of independently managing the HR Function. You have a strong analytical bent of mind coupled with extremely strong stakeholder management skills. you come with great communication skills and are looking to take on the next step in your career.
