Job Description :

1. Working in the HR department in a factory and handling plant and office administration along with Welfare and other HR Functions.

2. Liaisoning with government departments - Factories, Labour, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board, etc.

3. Recruitment of Engineers & Operators.

4. Administration of Canteen, Transport, Security, Housekeeping, etc.

5. Exposure of ISO, GMP and awareness of Kaizen and Office TMP.

6. HR - Performance Management, Training & Development, Disciplinary and Enquiry.

7. Contract Labour Management.
