Manager HR - Executive Search Firm
Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities of this role will include :
1. Talent Management :
- Design and implement HR practices that develop, motivate and retain productive and engaged employees
- Define and implement career progression for all employees in the organization
- Help create a high-performance, sustainable organization that meets its strategic and operational goals and objectives.
- Recruit and select potential incumbents to fill internal active positions
2. Compensation and Benefits :
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about salaries, opportunities for promotions and employee benefits
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefit policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems
- Review and implement incentives programs depending upon the need to the business and employees
3. Employee Engagement :
- To create a work environment where employees feel engaged
- To roll out meaningful small initiatives which help create a culture of collaboration and excellence
- To work with the leadership in the organisation to foster an atmosphere of trust and performance orientation
4. Performance Management & Training :
- Coach leaders and provide inputs towards setting and achieving performance standards
- Review and implement performance management programs
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation
- Identifying training and development needs
- Plan and organize training programs based on need
5. Policies and Procedures :
- Depending on the need of the business, develop necessary HR policies
- Respond to queries on existing policies
- Track necessary and important HR metrics
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA in Human Resources (preferred)/Graduate from a reputed college with an overall experience of 6- 8 years (indicative) in promoter driven organizations.
- Should have worked in service industry and in small high growth organizations
- The individual should be proficient in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Should have developed and implemented incentive plans and career progression frameworks in the past
