Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
Performance Management & Talent Development:
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and procedures are in line with company goals and industry best practices.
- Oversee payroll, employee benefits, and compensation structures to maintain competitiveness and fairness.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key HR metrics such as attrition rates, hiring trends, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
