Job Responsibilities:

- To drive and manage employee development, engagement & retention.

- Formulate and implement training and development interventions to maximum employee's performance, retention, and job growth

- Lead the development and execution of employee engagement programs.

- Manage and oversee the employee recognition program.

- Enabling organization change & development and build positive culture.

- Drive HR visibility, and HR branding.

- Drive HR initiatives and projects.

- Driving employee performance and managing performance management systems

- Employee induction program

- Driving employee feedback and surveys.

- HR Policies/Strategies formulation.
