HR Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and discipline
- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities
- Reviewing employment applications and background check reports
- Partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Design performance review system
- Determine HR and recruiting KPIs, and present the report to the leadership team.
- Employee engagement and feedback
- Payroll management and policies design & implementation
Key skills:- 3 to 6 years of talent acquisition/HR experience. Working experience with any Edu-tech Company or a tier 1 Startup is a PLUS.
- Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
- Excellent communication, written, negotiation, and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
