- Matching job seekers to positions through sourcing, screening and evaluating talent.
- Managing end to end Non/IT recruitments & full Recruitment life Cycle, Meeting Demand & Supply.
- Working on all stages of recruitment life cycle from sourcing, HR interviews, Salary/Compensation Negotiation, benefits discussion, background verification if required, and finally presenting offers letters and performed reference checks on all qualified recruits based on the requirement.
- Supply/Source profiles from across all channels like Job sites Naukri, Monster, by posting to job sites, company website and networking websites like Linked In, utilization of Social Media Hiring etc- .
- Manage and develop the database for optimum utilization. Use all methodologies of sourcing like Headhunting, Networking, Employee Referrals, and Social Media, LinkedIn for reaching out to passive candidates.
- Frequently interacting with the Business Stakeholders to understand the requirements and making sure their requirements are met on time.
- Managing employee engagement activities including feedback sessions and HR sessions such as Pre confirmation discussions, Performance Improvement Plan
- Managing employee grievances and queries, understanding and addressing their needs at every stage.
- Ensuring smooth and cordial exit of employees and executing release formalities and full and final settlement
- Maintaining employee information database, monitoring and reporting administrative & operational costs
- Reviewing monthly payroll and managing quarterly and annual payroll audit.
- Structure, review and implement programs and policies in the areas of performance management, recognition and welfare, organizational and compensation structures, new-employee orientation and exit management
- Responsible to coordinate and complete performance appraisal on regular interval for salary increment and developmental purpose.
