A Large MNC enterprise into Data canter business is hiring for a Manager for its Mumbai location.

Role: Manager Human Resources

Location: Mumbai, BKC

Individual Contributor

Reporting to: Senior HR Manager

Role Summary :

This role is a combination of HR Operations & Business Partnering role. 70% would be Operations & 30% business Partnering. Exposure to Management of Payroll & Statutory compliance through an outsourced partner is a must. The company has employees at Multiple locations & this role holder has to facilitate HR services to all those locations.

- To handle Statutory HR Labor Compliance (also encompassing the Contract Labour Compliance aspects, BOCW)

- HR Compliance process automation in line with company requirements.

- To lead the audit requirements for the area of operations; Ensuring 100% compliance also conducting quarterly surprise Audits.

- Responsible for Labour Law compliance at PAN India level. (7 States/6 offices/16 Sites)

- Liasoining with labour authorities, regulatory bodies for licences /renewal under various labour laws. Personnel, Industrial Relations & welfare activities in the company.

- Disciplinary action & Drafting the letters, Handling IR related work like issuing warning letters, Show cause, Charge sheets and employee grievances.

- Handling Insurance claim related Query & co-ordination with TPA.

- Statutory compliances under Contract Labour & S&E Act and maintaining statutory registers under various applicable labour laws.

- Updation and Implementation of latest amendment under Labour Law.

- Responsible for Payroll compliance like PF, ESIC, Prof.Tax., MLWF remittance & also yearly, half yearly returns.

- Handling Government Inspection and reply to the Notices, Negotiation with Govt. Authority for Licensing & Inspection etc

- Internal Training for labour law.

Part B - To Work as HRBP for employees on 3rd Party Payroll (30% Weightage)

- As Business HR for associate employees, lead & drive End to End HR Processes - hiring, engagement, performance appraisals & increments, exit management

- Focus on introduction of new Policies & processes and / or identifying and improving the existing ones to cater to the business requirements

- To Carry out Induction / Orientation for new joiners

- Drive the partners to deliver on the business requirements and carry out periodic review

- To Conduct HR Operations (PR, PO, vendor invoice payments, provisions, etc- )

- Supporting HR Operations at multiple locations

- Vendor Management & Engagement

- Management outsourced employees - Complete life cycle management

- Reports, MIS, Coordination

Skills & Exp :

- Strong understanding of HR Statutory Compliances including knowledge of Contract Labour Compliance aspects

- Strong process knowledge and expertise in driving end to end HR processes independently

- Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

- Eye for details, energetic & hands-on

- Good interpersonal & communication skills

- Independence, initiative, flexibility and strong commitment

- Willingness to travel (as and when required)

- Analytics Skills

- Outcome orientation

- Good Knowledge of MS Excel a must

- Exposure of Working in an ERP environment (SAP/Success Factor)

- MBA from a good institute with 8-10 years of experience.
