Responsibilities.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent suited to a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the company culture.
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and forecast talent requirements.
Performance Management.
- Lead the performance management process, setting KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Drive a continuous feedback culture and conduct regular performance appraisals.
- Implement training and development programs to promote career progression.
Employee Engagement & Retention.
- Develop and execute initiatives to maintain high morale and foster a positive workplace.
- Plan and manage employee engagement activities that reflect our brand's energy and enthusiasm.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
HR Policies & Compliance.
- Review, update, and enforce HR policies that support a growth-oriented, agile culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards to mitigate risks.
- Develop strategies to minimize attrition while aligning policies with company values.
Learning & Development.
- Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to support employee growth.
- Facilitate coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Promote a learning culture through continuous improvement initiatives.
