1. Minimum 1 year of Corporate HR Experience 2. MBA HR from Top Tier (1 &2) Mandatory. 3. Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders and provide daily HR guidance 4. Work closely with HR Head and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention 5. Should be hands-on with Talent Acquisition 6. Build a robust employee engagement strategy and drive implementation of the same 7. Support the design and execution of employee Reward & Recognition initiatives 8. Drive timely and fair Performance Management & Assessment 9. Development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers 10. Support the managers inappropriate career management of their team members 11. Partner in the process of Policy formation; and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies 12. Ensure appropriate documentation to safeguard against legal and reputational risks 13. Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigations and Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances 14. Provide HR policy guidance 15. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning 16. Identify training needs for teams and individuals & evaluate training programs
