Responsibilities
- Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy.
- Manage the talent acquisition process particularly for managerial and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Payroll processing.
- Administer employee on-boarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
- Conducting employee engagement activities
- Preparing relevant HR letters/documents/certificates
- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Resolving grievances or queries of employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements and qualifications
- MBA in HR with minimum 8 years of experience in progressively responsible human resources roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Salary offered: 10-13LPA
