Manpower Resources India Pvt. Ltd is a leading Executive Search & Selection company, caters to recruitment services in Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Engineering & Healthcare domain.
We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate in industrial climate technology industry .
Purpose of the Job :
To lead the human resource operation function and develop compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent. Will be responsible for the effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions and procedures and monitor .
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations
- Maintain HR databases accurately in Oracle HCM and HR Master Sheet
- Conduct job evaluation as per the Company's philosophy and guidelines and ensure that the organization's compensation and benefits practices are competitive in the market
- Lead the annual performance bonus and Sales incentive/commission policies and pay-outs for employees
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all reports as per pre- defined timelines
- Lead all aspects of internal auditing and quality control efforts and be the point of contact for Finance audits
- Handle the Gratuity, PF and Superannuation Fund process
- Responsible for medical claim and insurance claims
Desired Candidate Profile :
Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 8 years of experience required in HR operations
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with all contacts in a matrix fast-paced business and proven good judgment
Validated ability to communicate optimally with personnel at all levels of the organization and community.
Ability to prioritize and manage own workload with a proactive, can do perspective
Proficient in Microsoft Office
