Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Alchemist: Lead our talent acquisition efforts, seeking out the brightest stars in the industry. Craft creative recruitment strategies, engage with consultants that attract top-tier talent from the industry.
- Brand Builder: Shape and strengthen our employer brand. Be the storyteller who shares our unique culture, values, and opportunities with the world.
- Business Partner Extraordinaire: Collaborate with BU/functional heads and employees across the organization to understand their needs and provide strategic HR solutions that drive our business forward.
- Performance Picasso: Continuously improve and implement performance management processes that inspire excellence, growth, and career development. Identify role specific competencies, create career paths for key roles.
- Engagement Guru: Champion our commitment to employee engagement, creating initiatives that foster a sense of belonging, purpose, and passion. Create dedicated culture campaigns to engage field sales employees.
- Culture Curator: Cultivate an inclusive and vibrant work culture that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Recognition Virtuoso: Design and manage a rewards and recognition program that celebrates achievements and fuels motivation. Recommend relevant extrinsic (including sales incentive plans) and intrinsic rewards.
- Commercial & Enabling Function HR: Support our sales, marketing, finance and all enabling functions (except plant employees) across the hire to retire stage to ensure they have a smooth
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including end-to-end responsibilities, preferably in chemical/Fmcd/Fmcg manufacturing environment
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in HR from a tier 1 or tier 2 college.
- Facilitation and Training Delivery Skills. A certification will be an added advantage.
- Someone who exuberates confidence and dares to make change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to execute and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
