Manager - HR
Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing HR guidance
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide recommendations to enhance employee relations .
- Partner with employee resource groups to support an inclusive and equitable workplace.
- To reduce Employee attrition and provide proper strategy and guidelines towards it
- Knowledge of entire employee life cycle, retention, attrition control, formulation of policies, satisfaction surveys.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HRBP, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- In-depth knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
