ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the overall business plan.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. Manage talent acquisition by Screening job applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and rolling out final offers.
- Responsible for the Entire onboarding process including joining formalities, proper documentation, entering data of new joiners into HRMS, and coordinating with cross-functional departments for smooth onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct discussions with managers and ensure adherence to requirements as per the performance management policy.
- Address all employee grievances and work with all stakeholders to ensure a fair resolution of the issue.
- Identify the scope of improvement in HR processes/ policies and collaborate with required teams to execute the same.
- Oversee payroll submissions and payments in the given TAT.
- Plan and oversee the execution of all employee engagement, Development & motivational activities.
- Nurture a positive working environment at the workplace
- Oversee and manage the performance appraisal that drives high-performance work culture
- Responsible for the exit formalities including exit interviews, timely FNF settlement, etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A proven track record in HR, with significant experience as an HR generalist, preferably from a service/Media and entertainment industry.
- Great Interpersonal skills, good communication, and quick problem-solving ability are critical to the role
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems & database management is critical
- A Full-time postgraduate degree in Human Sources is a must
