HR Manager - US Shift
Responsibilities :
- Ensure and maintain the alignment of all corporate HR initiatives.
- Take up the Engagement programs and highly engage with the employees.
- Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by employees.
- Handle HR and Employee data management.
- Ensures organization's communication is managed effectively.
- Conduct exit interviews & taking countermeasure to control attrition rate.
- New joiners- On-boarding process and to provide delightful onboarding experience.
- Communication and implementation of HR policies and program
