- Primarily responsible for Recruitment, Training and effective implementation of HR initiatives for all employees in the company in order to improve performance and productivity as well as build commitment to the organization
- To ensure continuous flow of competent talent, managing end to end HR activities from Sourcing to Exit, while coordinating with recruitment consultancies.
- Partnering with Business to capture the needs of various stakeholders in order to deliver on time and as per the requirements.
- Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations of the candidates selected.
- Monitor the Manpower budgets, ensure optimizing the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgets.
- Ensure timely delivery of Induction and deliver the HR part in the Induction process.
- Handle end to end HR activities for the assigned branches.
- Manage the separation process and Address HR queries or concerns of employees.
- Establish personal rapport and trust with internal and external customers through regular communication, delivering on all promises and open communication
- The person should have managed a team under him / her with exposure to entire gamut of HR activities.
- The individual would manage the key stake holders and partner with them to ensure business effectiveness.
Should have experience from BFSI Sector.
Salary Offered : 12-18 LPA
