- Timely delivery of HR MIS to management & reasonably accurate in budgeting for HR costs for annual budgets.
- Introduced new HR initiatives like Competency framework for few critical roles and was instrumental in creating functional competency dictionary which helped identify right kind of candidate for the job; thus reducing attrition level.
- Created functional competencies for critical roles and prepared the Functional Competency Dictionary and Interview Guide to streamline the selection process to enhance quality manpower.
- Imparted Competency based Interview training to Line Managers to hire right talent.
- Assessing existing processes and accordingly designing & implementing measures aimed at enhancing process efficiency, organizational effectiveness and employee potential.
- Implementing and driving internal employee satisfaction survey in the organization, analyzed the pain areas and devised strategies as to improve the employee satisfaction scores.
- Planning & executing the Corporate Employee Engagement Survey
- Adopting best practices from the industry and preparing the organization for participation in Great Place to Work Survey.
- Analyzing the Survey results and conducting Action Planning workshops for the people managers.Spearheading training, learning and development process for the employees.
- Responsible for driving OD & training initiatives Pan India for the key roles.
- Instrumental in creating the exclusive Training calendar after identifying critical leadership competencies for senior profiles.
Salary range : 14 - 16 LPA
