Our Client is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of HR Business Partner at their Gurugram location. This is a full-time, on-site position where the selected candidate will play a crucial role in handling end to end employee lifecycle as well as supporting people strategy initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBA /PGDM from Tier 1 & 2 with a minimum of 5 years years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management systems, preferably HROne.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition - Sourcing, screening, conducting interviews and providing inputs on hiring decisions
- HR Operations - Efficiently manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and seamless processes across various functional areas. Competency in leave management, attendance, payroll, onboarding, induction, documentation, and database management.
- Learning & Development- Identify training needs and work on the implementation of the training calendar
- Driving Engagement- Drive the engagement calendar , act as a trusted advisor to both employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies. Address and resolve employee issues, maintain regular connect through 1:1s and know the pulse of the organization.
- Exposure to compensation & benefits - Payroll, salary & perk structuring, incentive calculation etc.
