- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to promote a fair and inclusive work environment while aligning with business objectives.
- Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies to support organizational growth and enhance overall employee experience
- Administer employee benefits programs; including health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves management, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
