JOB ROLE :
- Drive strategic workforce planning
- Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Plan and execute programs/trainings for employees to increase overall efficiency
- Employee relationship management to build friendly corporate culture and drive engagement of employees
- Support employees' innovation
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Regulatory compliance and reporting
- Employee safety, welfare, and wellness education
- Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and resolve problems
- Preparation of MIS and maintenance of database of all the employees information
SKILLS :
- Worked in ERP environment, preferably SAP
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Good knowledge of employee related policies and procedures
- Computer skills - especially MS office
- Strong initiative
