Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as a primary HR contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet their staffing needs.
Onboarding and Induction:
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Conduct induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and values.
- Monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and onboarding induction.
