HR Manager
- We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR professional to take charge of strategic HR projects.
- The role encompasses various facets of Human Resources, including Organization Development (OD), Change Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Productivity Analysis, HR Policy Development, and Organization Structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
Organization Development (OD):
- Design and execute OD and change management strategies to improve business performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture through initiatives that emphasize learning and continuous improvement.
- Develop strategies to enhance organizational culture and make the workplace an employer of choice.
- Create tools and processes to align with long-term and short-term business goals.
- Diagnose performance improvement opportunities through system and process reviews.
- Implement continuous process improvements to boost organizational effectiveness.
Internal Communications & Intranet:
- Develop and execute internal and executive communication strategies.
- Author communications such as presentations and announcements for various channels.
- Manage internal communication platforms, including the intranet and newsletters.
HR Analytics & Productivity Analysis:
- Analyze productivity metrics for sales and non-sales functions, publishing regular dashboards.
- Utilize HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Employee Value Proposition (EVP):
- Develop and integrate the organization's EVP into HR processes to deliver a consistent employee experience.
Employer Branding:
- Create and execute an employer branding strategy across online and offline platforms to enhance the organization's reputation among stakeholders.
HR Policies & Procedures:
- Review and update HR policies to foster a positive work environment.
- Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR processes as needed.
Research & Benchmarking:
- Conduct research and benchmarking on HR practices and policies to align with organizational needs.
- Support corporate HR in areas like employee engagement, performance management, organizational design, and talent management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA or related degree with at least 4+ experience in HR
- Strong background in HR, including experience with OD, change management, employee engagement, and policy development.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Proven expertise in conceptualizing and driving impactful HR strategies.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver high-quality results.
- Experience in creating and managing HR dashboards and analytics.
