Responsibilities:

- Attracting and retaining exceptional people

- Build relationships with local colleges, universities, and technical schools that will be sources for co-ops and full-time employees.

- Assist with developing staffing plans to support the region and the growth of our business.

- Responsible for onboarding for new employees

- Coordinating and performing all HRIS and benefit processes. Prepare various HR reports and analysis and Maintain HR data systems information in a timely manner.

- Support Payroll and HR audits including monthly and year end as needed. Manage the daily maintenance of the employee benefit plans, leaves of absence, exits and permits.

- Advise and guide employees and supervisors on questions related to HR policies and procedures.

- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to people managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)

- Monitor the organization's culture so that it supports the attainment of the company's goals and promotes employee satisfaction.

- Participate in Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs.

- Participate in creating, implementation and development of different HR processes and good practices. Participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant discipline with a cumulative GPA greater than 3.0 (MBA a plus). HR certification preferred.

- 8 to 10 years of industry experience in a Human Resources role managing and developing the careers of technical, supervisory, and management level teams through the development and implementation of programs across an organization to help each team member achieve their full potential.

- Experience recruiting and hiring top talent across various departments including engineers.

- Demonstrated expertise working with managers and supervisors across the organization to assess training and development needs that can be tied back to measurable improvement goals for each employee and department.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across all departments as well as our corporate headquarters and international locations.

- Track record of developing and building relationships with area high schools, technical schools, colleges, and universities to support their technical curriculums that will also benefit the long term needs of their programs, the community, and our operation
