Role Description - Human Resources Manager & Culture

- This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager with our client and the person would report to the CEO. The position would be based in Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Develop and implement a strategic global human resource plan that aligns with the overall mission and strategy of the organization, resulting in innovative best practices and policies that will build a high-performing culture of agency, accountability and collaboration. This includes strategic engagement with vendor partners for a lean program capacity.
- Through a deep understanding of the organization, act as a strategic partner to all leaders and represent the voice of the employees and provide innovative thinking and problem solving on critical HR issues
Culture and Development:
- Act as a catalyst to build a culture driven by the purpose of openness, agency, learning, public service and growth mindset
- Coach and mentor fellow colleagues/managers and develop leadership bench strength capable of addressing the challenges of a highly dynamic organization
- Be the go-to person to handle employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
- Define principles practices & rituals that help build the culture
- Build engagement and participation of the employees
Talent and Engagement:
- Build an employment brand & talent acquisition practices to attract global talent
- Advise on people programs and processes to enhance talent attraction, retention, and development. Develop and implement strategies for employee development, retention and onboarding
Education, Experience and Skills:
- MBA or equivalent degree in HR with 10-12 years of experience (non-profit experience would be a plus)
- Solid knowledge of all facets of HR with broad and deep experience as an HR Business Partner supporting executives or senior leadership
- Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal - and an ability to tailor communication style to diverse audiences globally
- Results-driven, agile, change agent with the commitment and confidence to assume a leadership role in an evolving complex environment
- Unquestionable personal integrity, fairness and credibility necessary to gain the trust and commitment of individuals at all levels of the organization
