Affinity.com (http://www.affinity.com), a global contextual Ad Network, is seeking a cheerful & committed HR Manager for Mumbai office. As a HR Manager, you will be responsible for executing daily tasks concerning HR and admin responsibility to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle.
- Responsible for campus hiring.
- Responsible for employee relations and employee engagement
- Efficiently handle HR operations activities
- Responsible for employee data updating and employee attendance
- Responsible for handling admin related tasks like business travel bookings, Infrastructure, Facility Management & Maintenance: Planning and Maintenance of physical environment & space utilization, etc.
- Should be able to draft and implement HR Policies & Procedures
- Should be able to handle employee grievances & addressal
- Should be able to manage entire life cycle of employee from recruitment to exit formalities.
