HR Manager
Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
Talent Management:
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, compensation and benefits, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
HR Operations:
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the HR information system (HRIS) and ensure its effective utilization.
- Manage the HR budget and resources efficiently.
- Lead the HR team, providing coaching and development opportunities.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential HR risks, such as discrimination and harassment.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in a progressive HR leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HR technology and software
