Human Resources Manager

You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals and manage all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's objectives and goals.

- Manage all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, payroll and organizational development.

- Develop and execute effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and create a positive and inclusive work environment.

- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps.

- Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support employee growth and career development.

- Oversee the administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.

- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers on employee-related issues.

- Develop and implement strategies to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA In HR or related field with at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR role.

Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.

2. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.

3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and goals.

4. Experience in talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and organizational development.

5. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.

6. Proven ability to manage employee relations and resolve complex employee issues.

7. Experience in leading change management initiatives.

8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
