Job Description:We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 7-10 years of expertise to oversee the HR and Administration functions within our organization.
The ideal candidate should possess a diverse skill set ranging from vendor and travel management to recruitment, training, and coaching.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the entire spectrum of HR and Admin functions while providing dedicated support to the CEO on a day-to-day basis, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
Travel and Administration: Manage travel arrangements for employees, oversee office administration, and maintain a conducive work environment.
Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Training and Coaching: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, providing coaching and support as needed.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements related to labor laws, tax, PF, etc.

Insurance Management: Administer employee insurance programs, including health, life, and disability insurance, ensuring adequate coverage for all employees.
HR Policy Documentation and Implementation: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent implementation across the organization.
Organization Building: Contribute to the growth and development of the organization by participating in strategic initiatives and organization-building activities.
Supporting CEO: Provide confidential support to the CEO on a day-to-day basis, handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration roles, with demonstrated expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, tax, PF, and other statutory compliance matters relevant to India.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work with strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive organizational change and development.
- Experience in supporting senior executives, preferably CEOs, in a similar capacity.
- Demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills, time management, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
