HR Manager
Job Summary: The HR Manager will lead our Human Resources department, playing a pivotal role in enhancing business performance through comprehensive HR strategies. This includes overseeing all aspects of HR practices such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. A significant part of this role involves implementing Objectives and Key Results (OKR) and other performance management tools to ensure alignment and achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy, with a strong focus on performance management using OKR and other relevant tools.
- Manage the end-to-end process of the performance management cycle, including goal setting, regular check-ins, feedback, and performance reviews, to ensure high performance and organizational alignment.
- Train and guide managers and employees on the principles of OKRs, goal setting, and the effective use of performance management tools to drive individual and team performance.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Ensure legal compliance and implementation of HR policies that promote a healthy and productive work environment.
- Utilize HR analytics and performance data to inform strategic decisions and improve HR processes and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a preference for specialized training or certification in OKR and performance management methodologies.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR functions, performance management systems, and OKR methodology.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive performance and alignment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of labor law, HR best practices, and a proven ability to manage HR projects and initiatives from inception to successful completion.
- Analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making in HR practices and performance management.
