Manager - Human Resources

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and training and development. The HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all local and national employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers.

- Ensure compliance with all local and national employment laws and regulations.

- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.

- Provide advice and support to managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination.

- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees.

- Manage and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

- Manage the HR budget and monitor expenses.

- Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and metrics.

Develop and maintain relationships with external HR service providers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Experience managing HR budgets.
