Role Summary:
- Own and manage the entire recruiting cycle from the shortlisting, interviewing to on-boarding. Drive employee engagement and success, and be an advocate of the company's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to high quality attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Plan and Implement TA programs to reduce the cost of hiring and improving quality of Hires.
- Establish operational objectives and publish critical talent acquisition metrics & reports that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing.
- Manage, mentor, coach and develop the talent acquisition teams & partners
- To have effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a variety of stakeholders to drive organisational change
- Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development
- Design and manage employer branding strategy on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor & more
Qualification :
- MBA with 5+ years of experience in hiring & understanding of recruitment process & systems
- Hands on experience in sourcing from various channels (portal, social & employee referral)
- Exceptional communication skills with demonstration of critical thinking and problem solving
- Good stakeholder management skills & strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Hands on Knowledge of MS office, outlook, excel, word, power-point
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, challenging and fast-paced environment
