Manager - Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Organization Development - Strong HR Knowledge of organizational development -Alignment of organizational processes, systems and culture with key business priorities, design optimal organizational structures, understand organization and cultural needs and drive change management.
- Streamline and enhance HR processes for efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee record management.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their objectives and aligning HR strategies accordingly.
- Manage HR administrative tasks and vendor relationships, including negotiation and contract management, to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Lead the recruitment process for all levels of the organization, including international hiring, ensuring that we attract top talent that aligns with our company culture.
- Leverage experience in startup environments to maintain and enhance our entrepreneurial culture, ensuring a dynamic and adaptable workforce.
- Implement HRBP initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate career development and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly update and communicate HR policies.
- Establish and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Bring in industry best HR practices to help provide innovative talent solutions
Requirements:
- Extensive experience and functional excellence and track record of implementing change projects.
- Strong data analytics/reporting skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including HRBP, recruitment, and operations.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on startups or high-growth companies.
- Proven experience in policy creation, payroll management, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Experience with international hiring and managing a diverse workforce.
- Strong experience in performance management and vendor negotiations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders (managers and employees alike)
- Comfortable as a "hands-on" contributor and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Honesty, integrity, and trust building behaviors in all dealings is essential and required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a matrixed environment
