- Responsible for managing end to end employee lifecycle of Sales and Sales support function employees (Ad Sales, Distribution Sales, Alliances, etc.) based out of North Zone
- Deliver the HR agenda for assigned employee base with respect to all facets of HR such as Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Attrition Management, L&D, Employee Engagement, R&R, etc.
- Partner with internal and external agencies to build quality talent pipeline and ensure 100% manning for assigned business units in the minimum TAT
- Engage in regular employee connects to know the pulse of employees and effectively manage their queries and concerns
- Manage and monitor HR metrics and trends to facilitate decision making to proactively address issues and refine people strategies
- Ensure HR processes are carried out seamlessly and timely, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization
- Research HR and business practices around the globe, understand internal context and strive to establish right practices
