Manager - Human Resources

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, utilizing strong project management, data analysis, and reporting skills.

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various creative disciplines (e. , graphic designers, copywriters, web developers).

- Handle HR operations efficiently, including updating employee data and managing attendance.

- Administer administrative tasks such as booking business travel, overseeing infrastructure, and managing facility maintenance.

- Plan and maintain the physical work environment.

- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures, address employee grievances, and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Manage the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit formalities.

- Manage letter formats and document management.

- Utilize HR data to enhance retention, engagement, and diversity & inclusion efforts.

- Foster a positive work environment.

- Cultivate relationships with freelance platforms, creative agencies, and educational institutions.

- Solve organizational challenges to align with business strategy through organizational design.

- Ensure compliance and conduct legal reviews.
