Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement Recruitment strategies: Create and execute plans to attract and hire talent that aligns with the organization's overall business strategy.

- Bridge management and employee relations: Handle employee grievances, demands, or other issues to maintain a positive work environment and smooth relations between management and staff.

- Manage entire group recruitment and selection process: Oversee all aspects of recruiting, from job posting to onboarding new hires.

- Support current and future hiring needs: Ensure the organization has the right talent by developing, engaging, - motivating, and retaining human capital.

- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies: Design and implement HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to optimize HR operations and support business goals.

- Nurture a positive working environment: Foster a culture that promotes collaboration, productivity, and employee satisfaction.

- Oversee performance appraisal system: Manage a system that effectively evaluates and enhances employee performance.

- Maintain pay plan and benefits program: Administer compensation and benefits to attract and retain talent.

- Assess training needs: Identify skill gaps and develop training programs to improve employee capabilities.

- Provide decision support through HR metrics: Report HR metrics to management and use data to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager: Demonstrated success in a similar HR leadership role.

- People-oriented and results-driven: Ability to understand and balance both employee and business needs.

- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics: Proficiency in using metrics and data analysis to drive HR strategy and decisions.

- Knowledge of HR systems and databases: Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software.

- Ability to architect strategy: Capability to design and implement HR strategies that contribute to organizational success.

- Leadership skills: Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams.

- Excellent interpersonal skills: Competence in building and managing relationships across all levels of the organization.

- Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills: Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders, negotiate terms, and present ideas clearly
