Manager - Human Resources
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Manage the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including talent management, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and regulations throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a progressive HR generalist role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels and across the organization.
- Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and MS Office Suite
