- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with 2+ years of experience to lead our Human Resources team.
- The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing HR operations, fostering employee development, and ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for people management, policy implementation, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Management: Align HR strategies with the companys business objectives, ensuring the development and retention of a high-performing workforce.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to ensure the company attracts top talent.
- Employee Relations: Act as the main point of contact for resolving employee concerns, promoting a positive work environment, and addressing issues related to performance, discipline, and grievances.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Keep up-to-date with regulatory changes.
- Performance Management: Lead performance appraisal processes, including goal-setting, coaching, and career development initiatives to drive employee engagement and performance improvement.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs and implement development programs that promote professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee compensation to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
- HR Reporting & Analytics: Use HR metrics and data to track employee engagement, turnover, and other key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Organize engagement initiatives, promote company culture, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient HR operations and professional development..
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 2+ years of experience in an HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, etc.).
- Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
