- Stakeholder Management and act as advisor on HR Issues
- Employee Query Resolution
- Grievance Management
- Employee Life Cycle Management including Onboarding & Exit
Payroll Management
- Share Payroll Inputs for entire business unit with Payroll Team as per SLA agreed with SSC
Statutory Compliances:
Responsible for end to end HR Compliance of all Projects
HR AOP:
- Prepare HR AOP as per guidelines.
- Track Budgeted vs Actuals
MIS:
- Maintain Complete HRMIS
- Regular updation for BCM, GCM presentations.
- Respond to ER related actions in various meetings such as CEO unplugged, Skip Level Meetings, HR interactions.
- Provide various MIS to corporate, internal stakeholders as per requirement on manpower numbers, manpower costs, and outsourced manpower.
