Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and hiring decisions.

- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance - management.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.

- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.

- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.

- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary benchmarking, incentive programs, and employee wellness initiatives.

- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, including coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred. HR certification (e. g. , PHR, SPHR) highly desirable.

- 10-12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.

- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
