- 3-4 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the textile industry.
Position Overview:
- We are looking for a skilled HR Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles within the textile industry.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Coordinate training and development programs to ensure continuous learning and skill development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Manage HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee well-being.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
