Manager - HR(WFH) - US Staffing firm
- Understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, recruiting, retention, learning & development and succession planning.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives. Developing HR policies and ensure policy awareness.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
- Assess individual and organization needs and create L&D programs and initiatives to improve employee performance and organizational productivity.
- Analyse trends in compensation and benefits, research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent. Resolve conflicts, Implement and Analyse HR Metrics.
- Support the Organization's Branding initiatives.
- Should have prior experience in US Staffing and onboarding. This will be remote working. Should be open for working in US shifts
