- Recruitment in consultation with the Functional Heads, conducting interviews, negotiating compensation and on boarding new joinees
- Handling payroll inputs, attendance & leave management, employee documentation and other areas of Employee Welfare.
- Responsible for managing employee separations-relieving formalities, exit interviews
- Looking after employee engagement activities like employee counseling, performance appraisals, increments and promotions, preparing salary breakups and other Engagement activities
- Effective in building positive relationships with personnel at all levels within the company and providing the highest level of service to meet the needs of the organization
- Excellent communication, sourcing and negotiation skills with a proven track record of excellence in the placement processes
Note : Preferred candidates having with a Media & Entertainment Experience.
